Have booked a flat in Wollywood Chandani Building in November 2019 worst customer service no updates by the executives only promises since last 2 years very difficult to get them online to converse and no replies to emails sent to Samadhan who’s the Asst Manager customer relations so just think what will be the work environment or people below him. Attached are images which they have been sharing repeatedly for more than a year to show work in progress inspite of me requesting them to show internal work photos which has been pending and that work does not seem to be their priority as 95% payment has already been taken in February 2023 After sharing their incompetence on Google they have shared a few more photos where nothing is visible and looks like photo opportunity specially done for me Please improve your verification procedures and put these efforts in on time delivery

Villas and apartments are available here you can rent a family trip business trip full of trees in the surrounding villa with maximum mango trees. You can enjoy the Machan view here also rever view and full of greenery, for childrens play ground with club and swimming pool, small size gym available here. Good amenities are available you can enjoy visit here.

The place is being developed but was a superb experience. The food was impeccably tasty and exactly homemade. Special mention of the property GM -Mr Ashwin Bangera who was very attentive to our requirements and gave his 100%co-operation to our minute needs and wants. He ensured that we have the bestest service and really made our stay memorable.

Fake information given on site. Everything is under construction. They will show you many dreams on phone call. But when you reach there you will come to know the reality of this nirvana Realty Wollywood. Villas are almost all under construction. You will see muddy land and nothing else. The road to enter this property is worst. Guys avoid going here in this property because they are not worth investing. Food is pathetic. All fake commitments. We have invested because of fake promises by Reena sales manager but after your purchase, you will be treated like a Dog. It's a biggest mistake to invest in properties of Nirvana Realty. I will request everyone stay away from Nirvana and their executive as they are the worst. Save your money for something else . Very bad customer service representatives. Specially Mishita who is the rude person in this Nirvana Realty. Please keep people who knows how to speak to customers. And if you say that Wollywood is fastest growing so why are so many villas under construction since so many years. Why it's not fully constructed yet. Why everywhere there is mud. Why so many people are complaining. Or you can say almost everyone is complaining. THEY THINK CUSTOMERS PUT BAD REVIEWS PURPOSELY. BUT PLEASE GO AND VISIT THEIR SITES. YOU WILL COME TO KNOW PERSONALLY
